I've always seen caramel fudge that's runny, ooey, gooey.  That's not usually a bad thing, but I don't want a runny, ooey, gooey blob for my fudge lovers to try and eat.  So, here's Uncle Phil's salted caramel fudge.  It's a little on the soft side, but still with a great bite.

One uncut ~9 pound pan of Uncle Phil's classic handmade, homemade, small batch, made-from-scratch salted caramel fudge.  It's that perfect sweet treat for a party, a celebration, or a reallly big gift basket that will satisfy everyone's sweet tooth.  Usually between 9-10 lbs, approximately 9"x9"x3", gluten-free, not vegan, wrapped for shipping, made when ordered.
