Butter Pecan Fudge

Made with Ghirardelli, from the kitchen of Uncle Phil's Fudge you have butter pecan fudge, made from his own unique recipe.  White chocolate, brown sugar, and butter toasted pecans come together in that familiar scrumptious combination.  Hand cut into pieces that are approximately 3"x3"x3/4" and somewhere between 4 and 4 1/2 ounces (1/4 lb), and it's naturally gluten free!

Ingredients:   Ghirardelli white coating wafers (cane sugar, vegetable oil (hydrogenated palm kernel and palm oil, glyceryl lacto esters), nonfat dry milk, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, salt, natural flavor), granulated cane sugar, light brown sugar (sugar, molasses), Jet-Puffed marshmallow creme (corn syrup, sugar, water, less than 2% of dried egg whites, cream of tartar, xanthan gum, artificial and natural flavor), toasted pecans, evaporated milk (milk, disodium phosphate, carrageenan, vitamin D3), unsalted butter (pasteurized cream (milk), natural flavorings), vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol (35%)), potassium sorbate.
