Salted Caramel Fudge

I've always seen caramel fudge that's runny, ooey, gooey.  That's not usually a bad thing, but I don't want a runny, ooey, gooey blob for my fudge lovers to try and eat.  So, here's Uncle Phil's caramel fudge.  It's a little on the soft side, but not so soft you have to worry about it dripping on your clothes while your sweet tooth enjoys it.

Ingredients:  Kraft caramel bits (sugar, corn syrup, liquid sugar, skim milk, palm oil, butter (cream, salt), salt, mono-and diglycerides, soy lecithin), granulated cane sugar, brown sugar (sugar, molasses), marshmallow fluff (corn syrup, sugar, egg white, artificial flavor), evaporated milk (milk, disodium phosphate, carrageenan, Vitamin D3), unsalted butter (pasteurized cream (milk), natural flavorings), vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol (35%)), potassium sorbate.
