Cookies & Cream Fudge

Lots of Oreos (see those hunks of cookie in the picture?) and white chocolate fudge combine to form a delicious chunk of yumminess that's hard to beat.  Hand cut into pieces that are approximately 3"x3"x3/4" and somewhere between 4 and 4 1/2 ounces (1/4 lb).  This flavor is definitely not gluten-free.

Ingredients:   Granulated cane sugar, Ghirardelli white coating wafers (cane sugar, vegetable oil (hydrogenated palm kernel and palm oil, glyceryl lacto esters), nonfat dry milk, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, salt, natural flavor), Oreo cookie sandwich (unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, palm and/or canola oil, cocoa, high fructose corn syrup, leavening (baking soda and/or calcium phosphate), unsalted butter (pasteurized cream (milk), natural flavorings), Jet-Puffed marshmallow creme (corn syrup, sugar, water, contains less than 2% of dried egg whites, cream of tartar, xanthan gum, artificial and natural flavor), evaporated milk (milk, disodium phosphate, carrageenan, vitamin D3), vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol (35%)), potassium sorbate.
