A longtime favorite of Uncle Phil himself!  Dark chocolate fudge, made with Ghirardelli 60% cacao dark chocolate chips, and toasted hand-broken pecans mixed all throughout with the hope you get a pecan in every bite.  If you love dark chocolate like I do, you'll really love this fudge -- oh, it's so good!
