Red Velvet

Yummy red velvet fudge topped with a white chocolate cream cheese fudge "icing"!  It's like the cake, but fudgier (and gluten-free!)!  Sold in 1/4 pound pieces.

Ingredients:  Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips (cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), granulated cane sugar, powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch), unsalted butter (pasteurized cream (milk), natural flavorings), marshmallow fluff (corn syrup, sugar, egg white, artificial flavor), evaporated milk (milk, disodium phosphate, carrageenan, Vitamin D3), Ghirardelli white chocolate chips (sugar, palm kernel oil, whole milk powder, nonfat dry milk, palm oil, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), cream cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, salt, carob bean gum, cheese culture), , soft gel paste food color (water, sugar, U.S. certified red 40, red 3, yellow 6, modified corn starch, vegetable gum, citric acid, and less than 1/10^th of 1% sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate, sea salt), vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol (35%)), sea salt, potassium sorbate.
