Spicy Mexican Chocolate Fudge

Similar to Uncle Phil's Mexican Fudge, this fudge is made with Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips, cinnamon, and cayenne that gives you just enough heat with the sweet to accent the flavor without making you wish for a glass of milk.  Sold in 1/4 pound pieces.

Ingredients:  Ghirardelli semi-sweet baking chips (cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), granulated cane sugar, marshmallow fluff (corn syrup, sugar, egg white, artificial flavor), evaporated milk (milk, disodium phosphate, carrageenan, Vitamin D3), unsalted butter (pasteurized cream (milk), natural flavorings), vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol (35%)), ground cinnamon, ground cayenne pepper, sea salt, potassium sorbate.
